When authorized through Meta/Facebook, our application may access:

• Page metadata (such as Page ID and Page name)

• Page post data needed to create, edit, and manage draft content

• Permissions granted by the page administrator (for example, page management and posting permissions)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information from end users of Facebook Pages.

2) How We Use Information

We use accessed data only to:

• Generate and manage draft social content

• Publish or schedule content when explicitly requested by an authorized page administrator

• Monitor automation job status and notification delivery

3) Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share accessed data with third parties except:

• Service providers required to operate our infrastructure and automation workflows

• Situations required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security

4) Data Retention

We retain only the minimum data necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot automation workflows.

Access tokens and operational logs are retained only as long as needed for legitimate operational and security purposes, then deleted, expired, or rotated.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, including access controls and credential management practices.

6) Your Choices and Rights

Page administrators can revoke app permissions at any time through Meta/Facebook settings.

7) Data Deletion Instructions

2. Include your Facebook Page name/ID and any relevant account identifiers.

3. We will confirm receipt and process deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also remove the app from your Facebook settings to stop future access.
